Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is pladis (UK) Limited, Building 3, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, Chiswick, London  W4 5YA, registered in England and Wales, Company Number: 02506007.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to registered Better Biscuit members only.

  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over and authorised to act on behalf of their business.

  • Only one entry per business is permitted.

  • Employees of the promoter, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

  • Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

  • To enter, log in to the Better Biscuits website, click through to the prize draw page and submit your valid personal details, email address and survey responses via the online form. The email address submitted must match the address used on your Better Biscuits account.

  • The prize draw opens 00:01 AM on 11/06/26 and closes at 11:59 PM on 25/06/26. Entries received before or after this time will not be included.

4. The Prize

  • Each prize bundle includes:

    • McVitie's Milk Chocolate Digestives Grab Pack - PMP £0.89 - 10x100g

    • McVitie's Digestives The Original Biscuits Grab Pack - PMP £0.50 - 10x90g

    • McVitie's Jaffa Cakes Original Orange Flavour Snackpack - 20x44g

    • McVitie's Hobnobs Oaty Flapjacks Milk Chocolate Single - 12x59g

  • There are 10 prize bundles available.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

  • If the prize becomes unavailable, a substitute of equal or greater value will be provided.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries using a verifiable method.

  • The draw will take place on 26/06/26.

  • The winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 working days.

  • If the winners does not respond within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  • The prizes will only be delivered to the registered store address which is associated with the winner’s Better Biscuit account.

6. Publicity

  • The winner’s business name and general location may be published on the promoter’s website and social media channels.

  • By entering, entrants may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity related to the prize draw.

7. Data Protection

  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy.

  • Data will only be used for the administration of the prize draw unless consent is given for other purposes.

8. General

  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The promotion is governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
