If your order hasn't arrived, please check the My Orders area for its status.

If it has been shipped and still hasn't arrived after 2-3 working days, contact us on 0800 011 3439 or via the contact us form.

If your order hasn't arrived, the first step is to log in to your account and check the My Orders area.  

If it shows that your order has been shipped, and it has been more than 2-3 working days since the shipping date, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
