1. Promoter
The promoter is pladis (UK) Limited, Building 3, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, Chiswick, London  W4 5YA, registered in England and Wales, Company Number: 02506007.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to registered Better Biscuit members only.

  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over and authorised to act on behalf of their business.

  • Only one entry per business is permitted.

  • Employees of the promoter, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

  • Entry is free.

  • To enter, log in to the Better Biscuits website and place an order for a free Jacob's x Frank's RedHot POS kit. All kits are free and include free delivery.

  • The prize draw opens 00:01 AM on 01/09/25 and closes at 11:59 PM on 30/09/25. Entries received after this time will not be included.

4. The Prize

  • Each prize bundle includes:

    • Jacob's Mini Cheddars Frank's RedHot Original Baked Snacks, 15x90g, PMP £1.25

    • Jacob's Crinklys Frank's RedHot Original Baked Snacks, 15x90g, PMP £1.25

    • Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce, 6x148ml

  • There are 10 prize bundles available.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

  • If the prize becomes unavailable, a substitute of equal or greater value will be provided.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries using a verifiable method.

  • The draw will take place on 06/10/25.

  • The winners will be notified by email or phone within 7 working days.

  • If the winners does not respond within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  • The prizes will only be delivered to the registered store address which is associated with the winner’s Better Biscuit account.

6. Publicity

  • The winner’s business name and general location may be published on the promoter’s website and social media channels.

  • By entering, entrants may be invited to participate in reasonable publicity related to the prize draw.

7. Data Protection

  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy.

  • Data will only be used for the administration of the prize draw unless consent is given for other purposes.

8. General

  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The promotion is governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
